How Do Virtual Classes Work?

All Classes are taken only on Online platform. Upon Registration, the Link will be shared via email and whatsapp.  

How do virtual classes work?

Be Rest assured that You are in the safe hands of the Teacher, who will monitor your Daily Practice and take care of all corrections and modifications. The deciding authority is with the respective Teacher, to give any Particular sequence of Postures or not, to any particular student, at any given point of time, based on various factors. 

What equipment will I need?

Any gadget is fine – smart phones, tablets, Laptops, Iphone etc 

Will classes be recorded and accessible later?

No recordings are not available. Only Online live classes. The purpose is to check, monitor and make necessary corrections to the practice of students, on a daily basis. Constant customizations are also done, as the practice keeps evolving and progressive.     

What technology is required?

 An Internet Connection is necessary for the smart phones to connect to the link provided.
